might affect your comfort and safety on the trail. Included are updates to the
maps and status of trail construction. See the

additions.
TRAIL NEWS UPDATES:
NANGA BROOK
ROAD (Waterous Trail Map and
MBT Map 3a) - from 20th June until
December 2007
This
attention notice is particularly for
riders on the Waterous Trail however all
riders should note the following:
Please exercise caution when riding
along Nanga Brook Road as the Tracks and
Trails Unit has been advised by ALCOA
that Brooks road trains will recommence
the carting of snipped wood material to
Simcoa today, 20th June 2007. The road
trains will be using Nanga Brook Road
and may operate at any time of day or
night.
Please also be advised that logging has
recommenced at Willowdale, so logging
trucks will also be utilising the road.
These can be very slow. Please
exercise caution when riding in this
area.
The
above operations will continue until
December 2007 and we apologise for any
inconvenience caused.
DWELLINGUP AREA
– Map 2b
The Munda Biddi Trail has been
closed between Oakley Dam and Grey Rd
(Map 2b) due to a wildfire earlier this
year. A diversion is in place along
Scarp Rd and the Touring Route.
